WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE TOUR?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your booking confirmation, and wear comfortable walking shoes. For the Live Investigation experience, we provide all paranormal investigation equipment. Photography is not permitted inside the museum to respect the artifacts and other guests.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

Yes, all guests must be 12 years or older to enter The Haunted Museum. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Live Investigation experience is restricted to guests 18 and older due to the intense nature of the activity.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
